My Secret Skin Regimen

It happens to me when I enter my mid 30’s. I look into the mirror one day and see a face I don't recognize. Sure,I noticed those crow's feet in my mid to late-20's, but then I notice it becomes a face full of wrinkles and to make it worse, we live in a society where youth is worshipped. Instead of being proud of our graying hair and wrinkles and the wisdom that comes with them we start searching for the fountain of youth.

I know that beauty may only be skin deep but there's no reason to give up on my skin - or my natural beauty - as I age. While the Fountain of Youth doesn't exist, many of today's beauty products are taking breakthroughs in biology and chemistry and using them to create formulas that can wipe away signs of aging.

While the anti-aging products of our mothers' and grandmothers' generations may have been little more than promises in a package, today's formulations truly changes and have become more innovative in repairing rejuvenating our skin, giving us a more youthful appearance.

We first show signs of aging around our eyes. That morning puffiness doesn't seem to go away, and those shadows under our eyes get darker, not lighter. I read that one of the culprits is fluid retention, and an eye firming formulation that has what can best be described as a decongestant effect while utilizing a polymer that bonds water to the skin can both ease the puffiness and make the skin around the eyes more elastic and smooth. Eye Serum for Dark Circles is a great option for me to remove dark skin around my eyes and have a youthful glowing.

Women like me who want to look younger don't have to go through the drastic measures of going under the knife for a facelift or having Botox injected into their skin. Instead, I opt for an anti aging eye serum that uses natural ingredients to fight signs of aging. When antioxidants and natural extracts are added, damaged skin is repaired and the serum serves to reduce both the depth and number of wrinkles, increase the skin's moisture, and improve skin tone and smoothness around the eyes.

While cutting edge beauty products can repair skin, reduce wrinkles, and less the signs of aging, we can also lend ourselves a helping hand by changing our behavior so that we don't do further damage to our skin. Me? I use Eye Serum For Dark Circles, eat anti-oxidant rich leafy green vegetables, and get plenty of sleep as they can help in preserving my most beautiful attribute - our skin.

Then I realized that the best thing that I can do is take care of my skin from the inside out. I know that I’m stuck with whatever genetics I have but I can help myself by not smoking, drinking lots of water and eating a healthy diet.  I avoid too much sun and use a moisturizer or foundation with SPF protection every day. I have a monthly hydrating facial and use an Eye Serum For Dark Circles regularly. After using them I notice an improvement in the appearance of my skin, no matter what make up I use.
